Book a Performance

JCC performs for local civic and corporate events, award ceremonies and private gatherings. “The kids in the red vests and blazers” have become a recognized group at major community events and celebrations including inaugurations, City Hall Christmas parties, and for the benefit of local charities such as Dignity You Wear. JCC singers have sung in Holiday Pops performances of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, performed in five major operas, self-produced more than 60 concerts, commissioned 13 new musical compositions and arrangements and sung every genre of music from Bach to Bluegrass.

If you want to book the JCC to create a memorable event, please submit your request at least six months in advance of the event. The venue must accommodate at least 20 singers. Because these performances help underwrite our scholarship program, an honorarium (dependent on performance length, preparation time, scheduling, number of performers, and accompanists required) is respectfully requested.

“The Chorus expands your musical horizons and helps you grow as a person. You are surrounded with other young people who have something in common…their love of music. I have learned that music does, indeed, bring people and cultures together. The music we sing brings people hope for a better future of understanding and cooperation.”

Jasmine M., JCC Alum

“Being a part of the JCC has not only allowed Christian to experience the fun, excitement and pleasure of singing with friends, it has also helped him to develop a sense of confidence that comes from life skills of hard work and perseverance.”

Elaine Bourne, JCC Parent

“Music plays a major role in the full development of a child. Not only does it enrich lives, it also serves as a pathway for students to express themselves and explore new ways to communicate with others. For 20 years, kudos to the JCC for molding the lives of young artists, and I look forward to the next 20 years.”

Tim Cost, President, Jacksonville University

“Through music and your leadership, these children learn to perform in different languages while experiencing the diversity of an array of world cultures. The understanding they gain will serve them well as they enter adulthood.”

R. Randall Onstead, former President/CEO of Winn-Dixie

“I was in the Jacksonville Children's Chorus in 1999-2002. It helped me to build long lasting friendships and a greater love for music. To this day I still remember the fun times and great concerts we did in the JCC. I think this organization is great for children of all ages, it helps build confidence and friendships.”
