Among his notable career milestones, he founded the Clay All-County Elementary Chorus in 1996 and was honored as the Clay County Teacher of the Year in 2020.

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Gould is actively involved in regional theater and arts advocacy. He currently serves as the District 1 Chair for the Florida Junior Thespians, overseeing programming and opportunities for more than 1,000 drama students. As a seasoned performer, he has appeared in over 40 community theater productions, including two featured appearances with the Jacksonville Symphony.

Mr. Gould holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from The Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam, a Master of Music in Music Education from Hunter College in New York City, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida. Originally from Long Island, he relocated to Clay County with his family in 1996 and remains deeply invested in the local arts community.Graphic Design from the University of North Florida in 2025.
