Clara James serves as the Development Associate at the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus, supporting donor engagement, stewardship, and events that strengthen the Chorus’s impact in Northeast Florida. She joined the team in October 2025 with a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, community partnerships, and refugee resettlement services.

Clara is completing her Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Management at the University of San Diego. She is known for her creativity, strategic mindset, and relationship-centered approach to development work. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her three adult children, tending her garden, and exploring her interests in psychology, history, and anthropology.
