Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator

Carolyn Audgie   Jacksonville Children's Chorus  Executive AssistantCarolyn has been with the JCC since 2010. She joined the administrative team with a BA in Graphic Design and many years of experience in design and marketing. She has been working with non-profit organizations including The Boselli Foundation, The Jacksonville Children's Commission, The Association of Fundraising Professionals, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as well as Christ the King, Resurrection and Guardian Catholic Schools. She has a passion for helping children through the use of her artistic gifts.

Carolyn has been living and working in Jacksonville since late 1991, but was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where she was involved in vocal music, art and drama. She had the pleasure of getting to know Darren Dailey while working on Jacksonville's Dancing with the Stars benefiting the Boselli Foundation in 2010. She went on to plan and organize the same event for the Jacksonville Children's Chorus in 2011 and again in 2013. Carolyn is an avid ballroom dancer, along with her husband, Larry who owns A Social Affair Dance Studio. Their daughter Elyssa is in the Touring Choir and has been a member of the JCC since 2010.

Development Director

suzanne-crittenden-smallSuzanne Crittenden has been a part of the non-profit community in Jacksonville for some 20 years. During that time she has served as the North Florida Regional Marketing and Development Director with the American Cancer Society; Associate and Executive Director of Dreams Come True; Regional Director for the American Lung Association and most recently the Executive Director of Emergency Pregnancy Services, a mission of St. Vincent's Medical Center. She is a graduate of the 2004 class of Leadership Jacksonville, served as co-chair for the Association of Fundraising Professionals National Philanthropy Day in 2007, is a member of the Junior League of Jacksonville and Sigma Delta Chi, the Society of Professional Journalists. She is native of Jacksonville, has two daughters and one granddaughter.

Business Manager

Jennifer Hsu  Jacksonville Children's ChorusBorn in Gainesville and raised in Jacksonville, Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism. She has always been drawn to being part of the non-profit world. As a Program Intern at the American Lung Association, she implemented ALA programs such as Open Airways for Schools and Better Breathers Club, and was trained as a facilitator for Freedom From Smoking and Open Airways for Schools. She also represented ALA on the School Health Advisory Council, Smoke Free Jax, and Network for Strengthen Families Committees.

Before joining JCC, Jennifer was a manager at her family's restaurant, which just closed its doors after 24 years in business. As manager, she handled vendor relations, oversaw inventory and quality control of food sanitation and products.

With her educational background and management skills, Jennifer feels the JCC is the perfect beginning to being part of the non-profit community again. Although not a singer, Jennifer studied piano all through childhood and really believes in any musical education for children. Jennifer enjoys musicals, learning about other cultures, snowboarding, and Words with Friends. She is very enthusiastic to join the JCC family and is looking forward to being part of this great organization with a great purpose.

Assistant to the Artistic and Executive Director

christie-lam-webChristie has a master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a double minor in Music and Biblical Studies. Her non-profit experience includes interning for Biola University’s Centennial Celebration, assisting with development at FareStart and supporting the team at AquaVida.

She lived in Seattle, Los Angeles and Chicago before moving to Jacksonville in 2014. She enjoys making a difference at the JCC. In her free time she likes to send snail mail, read one book a week, whip up fancy desserts and volunteer for special events.

Program Manager

jessie-pennington-webJessie grew up in South Florida and studied vocal music throughout her childhood. In 2010 she joined the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus as the Program Coordinator for Treble Choir and Concert Choir. Her husband’s career in the Navy relocated her to Hawaii for three years before she returned to Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus. Jessie has held a variety of program and development positions for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Make-A-Wish Hawaii and the Hawaiian Humane Society. She attended Boston University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Through her personal experience, she strongly believes in the cognitive and emotional benefits a music education provides to children.

Program Coordinator

diana-wootenDiana has lived in Jacksonville for 19 years after growing up and travelling all over the world with her military parents.  She has an Associate of Science in Legal Assisting. Before coming to work with the JCC, she was a claims examiner for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. She was also a volunteer for The Chorus. Diana loves working alongside the wonderful people who take our kids to a special place with their music. She is married with three sons. Her middle son, Caleb, has been involved in The Chorus since 2009 and is a member of our Touring Choir.
